So I made a screensaver of Space Jelly. Check it out if you want. Extract this file to C:\WINDOWS\system32 and then select it from the list of screensavers in the control panel.
Or something. The project is almost done. It’s less awesome than I thought it was gonna be but that’s okay.
edit: Okay, I’ve recieved pretty positive response form other people. I still think it could be better though, so I’m polishing it.
I don’t want to spoil it. It’s dominating the current work page at the moment though.
Oh well.
It arrived. I’ll post pics of what I’m working on later when I’m done setting it up and whatnot.
Inspiration strikes. I guess. I like to think of it as inspiration and not ADD since I think I’m about to drop what I’m doing again and work on something new. Eventually I’ll have more time than ideas, I hope. Perhaps something will be up tonight. Tomorrow is more likely though.
Posting is slow because I don’t have much to show right now. I’ve been clearing up my laptop in preparation for getting a new one (XPS M1330). Ideally today, if DHL manages to finally get it here. Also, I’ll be fiddling with the site design. Pretty soon I’ll post something new. Either from Hungry Castle or Dwarf Star, depending on whether or not I give up on Hungry Castle in the next few days. Especially since it needs to be done by the 14th. Speed coding is difficult when you don’t have a ton of time.
Who would’ve thought? This is what the last thing I did made me think of. It looks cooler in motion. Check it out.

S’called Space Jelly, if I ever make it into something deep enough to deserve being named. At the moment though, it’ll at least follow your mouse when you click.
edit: Got it moving the way I want it to now and there’s a fullscreen mode. The link is the same.
edit2: Current work page is getting cluttered. Must remember to redesign.
An improvement over the last version of this program in terms of compatibility (aka it’s more likely to work properly now and clear the screen). However, it is a lot slower. I couldn’t resist after I saw how cool it looked. Other than an increase in the number of particles and changing the blending constants, it’s the same as the last version. Check it out if you want.
In other news, this inspired me. I’ll try and put up something cool later tonight.
